Office ProPlus

 

Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus is a license that provides all MSUB students, faculty,  and staff a home-use license of the latest version of Microsoft Office for up to 5 Macs, 5 PCs, and 5 mobile devices. Office 365 ProPlus will stay activated as long  as you are a current student at MSUB with an active email account.

Box

 

Box is a document management, file-sharing, file/folder syncing, and collaboration platform that provides unlimited file storage in the cloud! This is a great tool for sharing and collaborating with other students and your faculty. Your data is accessible on and off campus from any internet connected device. PCs, Macs, Apple iOS, and Android all support Box.

WebEx

 

WebEx provides on-demand collaboration, online meetings, web conferencing and video conferencing capabilities with integrated  telephony.  Additional functionality of  WebEx includes Microsoft Outlook calendar integration, screen sharing, online chat, and recording capabilities. There's a WebEx service  to meet your needs:

  • WebEx Meeting Center – for basic online meetings and collaboration
  • WebEx Training Center – for the virtual, online classroom
  • WebEx Event Center – for large, structured online events and seminars
